Karl Mua is the pastor of the Light of Life Lutheran Church in St. Paul. The Lao government says he was arrested, along with two international journalists, for helping "bandits" kill a security official in a remote village. But at least one international reporters' group has said it fears the journalists are being punished for reporting on Hmong rebels.
