The Minnesota Supreme Court decision determines what defines a “community,” and decided judge or jury is a community and can make decision without expert testimony. Legislature bills on what defines “community” are dead for rest of session until next year. Report includes a list of what is considered obscene, now that there are many obscenity standards.
