Minnesota voters will decide whether they want to use the state constitution to make significant changes in state election law. Polls have consistently shown most voters support the proposed requirement for showing a photo identification in order to receive a ballot on Election Day. But opponents say that support has eroded as people learn more about its potential consequences.
