A former Clay county deputy is accusing Sheriff Larry Costello of sexual harassment and sexual assault. The allegations are made in a lawsuit filed today in Federal District court in St. Paul. The Sheriff vehemently denies the charges. Minnesota Public Radio's Dan Gunderson reports.
