It was pure coincidence that a men's chorus from Norway arrived in New York City to begin a long-planned North American tour shortly after the terrorist attacks. However, an observer says their singing lifted spirits among New York audiences in the dismal aftermath of the attacks. The singers, no strangers to hardship and danger, are from the tiny fishing village of Berlevag (BARE leh vog) in far northern Norway. They are in Minneapolis for a concert Friday night. Minnesota Public Radio's Dan Olson reports.
