Former U S Attorney Todd Jones says the arrest, conviction and sentencing of drug dealer Carlos Vignali was by the book. Vignali was convicted of drug dealing in Minnesota and was one of 176 criminals pardoned by President Clinton in his last days in office. Minnesota law enforcment officials are expressing shock and anger at the pardon. And for some Minnesotans, the pardon is proof a double standard exisits in the nation's criminal justice system.
