A Minnesota attorney hopes the influence of the American legal system will help Kosovo recover. Greg Gisvold is taking a two year leave of absence from his job with a Twin Cities law firm to direct the American Bar Association's Central and Eastern European Law Initiative in Kosovo. But Gisvold says it will be challenging to overcome the 12 years of repression under the Milosevic regime.
