Busloads of protesters are in Madison today, rallying against a proposed high-voltage power line that would slice across North Western and Central Wisconsin. The transmission line from the Twin Ports to Wassau is the biggest utility project proposed for Wisconsin in memory, but it's hit a wall of opposition from concerned residents.
