Jurors who sat through three and a half months of Minnesota's tobacco trial are still frustrated that they never got to deliver a verdict, so they plan to finish the job themselves. The case ended in a seven billion dollar settlement on May 8th, just hours before the jury would have begun deliberations. David Olson of White Bear Lake sat on the jury.
