Olympic silver medal figure skater Michelle Kwan says she will not turn professional and instead has her sights on the 2002 Olympic competition in Salt Lake City when she will be 21-years old. Kwan told reporters at the World Figure Skating Championships in Minneapolis today (Wednesday) she is struck with the youthfulness of figure skaters getting high marks in competition.
