Chris Davis doesn't think birds are people, exactly. But she thinks if you have probelm with your pet bird, it helps to think of them as people, very young people, toddlers to pre-schoolers, actually. They bite, they get moody, just like little kids, except they can fly and won't be costing you $100,000 for post-secondary education. Davis calls herself a parrot shrink, and she's coming to LaCrosse this weekend to help people with their birds' behavioral problems.
