Four of Minneapolis ' poorest neighborhoods will have 150 new or rehabilitated homes in a few years. One of the new homes was dedicated today in Minneapolis ' Central neighborhood . Money for the project comes from companies and foundations. The money is being matched with the know-how of public and non-profit home building agencies who have been struggling to rehabilitate housing in poor neighborhoods. Supporters see the collaboration as a way to build and repair houses faster by linking groups who usually operate independent of one another.
